Cleveland Street Apartments
'Village', 31-35 Cleveland Street is under construction. Due for completion in 2024, the precast concrete walls are currently being erected.
The Brooklyn based development provides 23 lofted units with a retail space at the northern end of the site with frontage to Cleveland Street.

Introducing 12 Hugh St, Newtown. With Wellington Hospital to the south, the 6 apartment development adds density along Wellingtons new Newtown to City cycleway.

Nineteen meticulously designed, terrace homes in Mission Bay Auckland sit on an elevated site, centrally located with the Kepa Reserve to the South.
245 Kepa comprises of a mix of spacious and two and three-bedroom sanctuaries. The design balances luxury with budget with focus on daylight, natural aesthetics and liveability.

New Zealand Commercial Project Awards 2023
Archaus are thrilled to announce our success at the @masterbuildernz New Zealand Commercial Project Awards last week.
We were honoured to win a Residential Category Gold Award for our work with Kalmar Construction on 308 Remuera Road Apartments.
We were also extremely proud to win a Residential Category Silver Award for our work with McKee Fehl Constructors on Te Ara o Puanga (Mary Potter Apartments).

308 Remuera Apartments are Complete!

Fredrick Street Social Housing
Take a look at what is to come on the corner of Fredrick and Taranaki Street! A 12 storey inner city social housing project with public park, is currently under construction.
With a vertically run metal cladding façade, the building has a distinct external appearance that sets it apart from others in its vicinity. The building is made up of 75 one bedroom apartments, with cantilevered balconies at each level.

New Zealand Post's Courier Sortation Facility, newly located in Grenada.
The 10,690m² depot will support the growth of New Zealander's online purchasing, with technology that will sort and scan parcels at a much faster rate than current.
The depot was designed with alternating metal profiled cladding to break the dominance of the large form from State Highway 1. The accents of yellow highlight the main entrances for way finding.

Mary Potter Hospice Update
Due for completion in September 2021, Mary Potter Hospice is currently in construction. Te Ara o Puanga, provides apartments adjacent to the Hospice building in Newtown. Work on the site is progressing quickly. The outside is currently being clad. Internally plumbing and electrical work is underway and the gibbing is being finished.
