The Foundry
The Foundry is a high density residential development in the new Albany City Centre. The three stages comprise of a total of 580 two, three and four bedroom units with common car parking and amenity facilities.
The two buildings for stage one are each seven storeys high. The main building follows the curve of Don McKinnon drive, enclosing a private landscaped area immediately adjoining the new Albany Lakes Reserve to the south. The second, smaller building is situated within this courtyard.
All units are spacious and generally extend from 'front to back', allowing good natural light and a sense of belonging to the outdoor areas provided.
Typically only 14 units share the same entrance lobby and elevator, with two units on each floor, providing a high level of privacy and comfort in an urban environment.
