ArcHaus Architects have the skills to assist School Boards of Trustees with their obligations to review, amend or prepare new:- School Charter and long term Plan.
- 10 Year Property Plan.
- Asset condition reports for all buildings & site facilities.We have an experienced team that can assist, which includes a Property Manager, Architects and Technicians. In the past they have each worked with Primary and Secondary Schools, altering, rebuilding or undertaking new build projects.This team is under the guidance of Rob Mitchell who is a past School Trustee. As an Architect, he has worked with many Schools in the Wellington Region from 1994 to 2002 offering best practice advice on maintaining and managing school assets as the "Tomorrow Schools" process evolved.Rob Mitchell (Practice Manager) - Educational Expertise:
- Preparation of 10 year Property Plans for Primary and Secondary Schools.
- Preparing building condition reports to State School trustees.
- Work with Schools as they review and plan for future educational or site facilities needs.
- Work with Trustees as they review their charter or set new directions for the school.
- Design and manage classroom remodels, administration facility upgrades and extensions.
