The project was approached with the ideal of utilising the space available within a dynamic yet practical form. Building materials have been carefully selected to provide a level of quality that reflects the local built environment, whilst enhancing the modern, timeless design.

The footprint is essentially rectilinear in plan with a well proportioned play of solid and void in the form of recessed outdoor decks and is complimented by interiors which create a stylish modern dwelling, reflecting Wellington inner city living.
