Albany Office Park Concept

This concept is the basis of a new civic centre. The kidney shape forms encompass an area that is seen as an open public space of European influence. Large areas of hard landscaping are envisioned to be utilised by the city for events creating a hub for activity and a sense of community. The office towers house civic organisations and public amenity such that the City has a strong centre from which to grow.
